The Support Group have put together their own guidance to help those claiming DLA. Useful for all, but particularly those claiming for the first time.

FRIENDS OF RTS FUND APPLICATION FORM |

Member families can apply to this fund for a contribution towards the cost of travelling to one of the Group's events (e.g. a get-together, AGM, etc) which they would otherwise be unable to attend.
Claims will also be considered for subsistence appertaining to an RTS child, for example, unexpected travelling expenses in conjunction with medical appointments or treatments.
To apply, first download and read the full Terms and Conditions also available from this site, then complete the form, and post it to the address shown at the bottom of it.
