WHAT'S NEW

Read about what happened at our family weekend, which was held in May in Ayr.

RTS Golf Day
We'd like to extend an invitation to all members, friends and supporters to come along to the RTS Support Group Golf Day, which is being held on 7th August 2009, at Rawdon Golf Course, Yeadon, Leeds. This annual event is one of our main fundraisers. You can read about what happened last year in our Newsletter, p17, but for more details of this year's event, click on the link above.

We are looking for items for our newsletter
We're now compiling the next edition of our Newsletter. If you'd be willing to write a few words about your own experience of caring for a person with RTS; if you have any snippets of information you've found useful, or tips to share; or if you've raised funds for us and can tell us a bit about you/your group and what you've done, we'd love to hear from you. You can use the form here, or just post or email your item in any format to Max Aldred. Contact details are on the form.

Donations and Fundraising
We are funded almost entirely by fund-raising events and voluntary donations, and have many staunch supporters, to whom we are very grateful. If you wish to make a donation or stage a fund-raising event and would like to talk to us about how best to do this, please Contact Us.

Did you know that you can raise funds for us when you shop on-line? By using the easyfundraising website and designating us as your charity of choice, you can raise money for us at no extra cost to yourself at hundreds of on-line shopping sites, including famous names such as Amazon, Next, M&S, and Directline. You can find brief details of how it works here.
